You haven’t known true pleasure until you’ve made s’mores with homemade coconut marshmallows. I made a batch of marshmallows over the weekend (made them Friday or Saturday and let them set for at least a day; here’s the recipe, though I used coconut extract instead of vanilla) and just cut them out and dusted them in powdered sugar today and fffffffffff I want to eat them all right now! They’re big and squishy and coconut-y… Oh my glob. The recipe says they got 36 out of them, but I made 49 instead and they’re still a really nice size. GO! MAKE SOME! CRAM THEM IN YOUR GAPING MAW!
