I made a ruffle cake today! This one, actually. I made two layers and put icing and raspberries between them and then did all the ruffles :3
The recipe says to make 3 times the icing if you want to try the ruffle effect, but I only had enough butter to double it and HOLY SHIT I HAVE WAY TOO MUCH ICING NOW. Thank goodness it freezes because wow seriously that is a TON of icing.
